RAW MATERIALS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FOOD SUPPLEMENTS
Quality
ATHESIS imports mostly from Chinese manufacturers who have several years of experience with a variety of plants and extracts. Their ‘know how’; has been handed down from father to son for a number of generations and their time-honored knowledge, now integrated with modern day technology, product testing and research, provides the best of science and nature. The ancient awareness of the plants and growth process is key for harvesting extracts at the precise period.The instant the active substances are accelerated at their highest degree and in the best proper balance, the most desirable (excellent) biological results are achieved. Current modern technology combines powder extracts with a large amount of active substances containing low bacterial content, including the best organoleptic elements balanced with ingredients that preserve the batches with the passing of time. The use of technological resources allow the batches to be analyzed (by the HPLC method in most cases) in order to guarantee an optimal standardization and homogeneity to all the various products.
Prices
There are two basic reasons that allow us to offer our products directly to you at very competitive prices.
First, we do business directly with the manufacturer; and secondly, we are a small operational distributor with minimal overhead expenditures. There are no third party intermediaries, minimal employee costs and our automated data and inventory system have pared our expenses substantially, allowing us to provide our customers with the benefit of competitive prices.
Packing
Our products are packed in PE thermo-sealed bags and then placed in ALU thermo-sealed packaging in order to maintain the contents in its pure and wholesome state adding longer, lasting effectiveness to their storage life. Standard packaging ranges from 1 to 5 kilograms. Our costlier products are packaged in sizes ranging from 250 – 500 grams. At the customer”s request, we can also provide customized packaging in sizes ranging from 100 grams to 25 kilograms.
Analysis
All of our shipped products are accompanied by a label of quality assurance (Certificate of analysis).
The manufacturer uses quality ingredients under strictly controlled procedures to ensure that the product has been developed and conforms to the standard.
1) The extract samples used in our standardized products are tested to ensure that the level of activated properties is consistent in every batch removing variations and irregularities bringing them into conformity with one another or it is rejected.
2) For some products, only a fixed drug/extract ratio is guaranteed. In this case, the active substance content may vary slightly from one batch to another.
All products are certified to be free of pathogenic bacteria, OGM, gluten and irradiation.
Most importantly, all substances are guaranteed to be all natural with no added synthetic active principles.
Delivery
Deliveries are shipped by express courier which usually guarantees delivery within 3-5 days. Products are promptly prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours upon receipt of an order. For your convenience, we are able to continually track the shipped product until it reaches its destination.
Samples
If a customer is interested in trying a particular product, we can provide a free sample under request. Samples are packed in small bags containing about 10 grams of powder extract, an amount used for the most common laboratory tests and for testing the organoleptic elements. The samples are also packed in thermo-sealed PE bags, preventing any contact with outside elements. Hygroscopic products are packed in an aluminium, thermo-sealed package in addition to PE packaging.
